First of all, Happy April Fool ! First time that I was being pranked during April Fool. We went to work as normal. Without in the midst of being pranked, after my lunch, I went to the bank and change money as my “Ren Min Bin” as ran out, however, the Queue number was 1243 and I got to wait for 50 people before it is my turn.
Thus, I asked do I need to wait for such a long time when I only wanted to exchange SGD$100. The funny thing is that the manager actually wanted to give me a new Queue number which is “1203” but another manager told me to approach a private money changer. On the spot, he gave me RMB$500 for my SGD$100 when the rate was 4.96, I earned 0.04.
When I was back in the office, I was given a brand new task which sounded confusing and it is a lot of work to be done. I asked “When is the dateline?” He said “Take your time as you will need around 1 month to do it”.
